ok I have a site I'm trying to get up and running at

I am having a problem that is preventing me from editing the sNews site. when you click on site map or any other link the site goes to as it should but while you are in the site map page when you click a link anywhere else it directs the visitor to which I know is wrong I also recieve a 404 error. I know the site link should be

My site is located in the root directory

Try to add in htaccess #RewriteBase /~wdaoneco
and try to remove the index in or rename it
i think you have mess indexes
and tell us if is working
