Have a look at the Error Messages and the .htaccess hints pages.

Are you using snews? That does not look like a default snews .htaccess file.

Not to be rude but right at the top of the page it reads:

1. All forums at solucija.com are provided only to assist users of the sNews website Content Management System. We do not provide support for general issues not related to the sNews website CMS. For general support on non-sNews issues, please search for information on other websites.

I do not know enough about htaccess so I could not you anyway but I thought I would warn you that others may point this out to you.

Thank you,
Raj.

Yes... you are correct. Whenever you install the XAMPP bundle on a machine with Windows OS, you must go into Apache's httpd.conf file and enable the mod_rewrite module... so that the .htaccess file will properly re-write all the URLs for all links. This is covered in my old Installing Xampp for WinXP tutorial that I posted before sNews 1.6 came out.  ;)
