flag one or more articles on top of its own category
« on: December 19, 2006, 02:21:34 pm »

I read a couple of old post about this and I'm also trying the 'tips and tricks' pdf on how to echo a different message on each category
Code: [Select]
if ( get_id('category') == 'physics' ) {
echo 'Viewing category PHYSICS';
}
?>
This is working, but stylizing in html 10 rows message including images by 8/9 categories
will render the a jammed area. Another way could be to echo an iframe (didn't tried yet, guess it should work), but I think it would be a really old skool dirty trick.

I think the easy and clean way is to flag an article as 'top' in admin> add new article. just a checkbox, stop.
So my question is, is there a way or a mod to do exactly that?
