Please Help with "Read More" Link Style
« on: December 11, 2006, 01:46:51 pm »

I've been trying to move the "read more" link of an article to the right hand side.
I have tried everything and nothing has worked.

The closest i can get is creating a div around what i can find of read_more in the snews.php and using text-align=right. Problem is that is also affecting date, comments and edit (aligning them to the right hand side) (which i do not want).

So basically if anyone could help me stop banging my head against a brick wall, i am looking to right align: read more link, and keep comments, date, edit all align=left as they are.  :mad:

So, this is the infoline tag:

Code: [Select]
$tags['infoline'] = '

Everything you need is CSS knowledge, no PHP. That's what's good about it.

We have a paragraph with class date. Why don't we make two divs and align them differently?

Something like:

Code: [Select]
$tags['infoline'] = '
Now that we have two separate divs it's easy to style them:

Code: [Select]
.date_left {
    float: left;

.date_right {
    float: right;
...or something like that. :)
