I can recommend to use this one: http://www.mysqldumper.net/
(backup/restore. send backup to ftp .... )

You can style it so it match you sNews if you like, It also has a sql editor like php my admin (light version…) but really god.
It takes some mb (ca 1.7MB) on the server but it’s worth it. I run this on a linux web host that has “PHP in safe mode” with no problem Smiley
It has a lot of language files and open source/GNU-license!

You lock the file structure with .htaccess file. The only thing I have to say that’s not working is that I had to manually "mod/change" (htaccess files) so a logon prompt “popped up” when I accessing the direcotory. I has a realy god 1. 2. 3. 4 .... guide to install (first time logon, it starts automatic).
