This Registration Agreement sets out the terms you agree to adhere to if your application for an account is approved.

You agree, through your use of the sNews forums, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any National or International law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are forbidden on sNews forums.

Please note that sNews forums are administered and moderated by volunteer members of sNews Dudes team. It is impossible for volunteer administrators and moderators of sNews forums to confirm the validity or functionality of any content by any sNews forums member. Content posted by all members is monitored on a daily basis. However, sNews administrators and moderators are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented.

Content posted by any sNews forums member is posted for information and sharing purposes only, without any warranty or guarantee expressed and is not endorsed by the sNews Dudes team or any of this website's administrators or moderators. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of these forums immediately.

Administrators and moderators of these forums reserve the right to move, edit or delete objectionable content or member profile information at any time, without notification being sent to anyone. This same policy applies to disabling of any member's account when any a member is found to be in contravention of any part of this Registration Agreement.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. The administrators of sNews forums also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information including IP addresses and server logs) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of these forums.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We prefer that you register with your real name or a recognizable nickname. As you register for an sNews forums User Account, you agree to keep your password to yourself and not provide it to any other person except an administrator, for your protection and for security reasons.

If your application for a User Account is approved, you will be notifed of that approval. After logging in you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information sNews administrators determine to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions, which may include user account suspension or complete removal, may also apply.

Please note that - with every post you make - your IP address is recorded in the event that any content posted by you contravenes the terms of this agreement and you are banned from logging in. If necessary, your ISP may be contacted directly. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software powering sNews forums places a cookie - a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password) - in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information from or to your computer.
