Does anyone know how to list new one article in index Separated from the other articles by image or adsense google ... some thing like that.?

Example/

To identify the situation was more//

ok .. let's explain the problemm .. What I want to say. is can we Displaye some article  from another categorie .in the homepage
(index ).

for example;) we have three categories (index-categorie2-categorie3-)

So we'll create an article put it in the second or third section ... To display the latest news from that section .. Us to become a mixture of articles from different sections
