Without this fix I had this problem:

I made the site ready and it worked.
Now i Move my site and database to another computer with the same webserver and same specs.
Site doesn't load the css anymore :S

Now with this fix it does lol, dunno how but it works :D

hey! thanks for the fix! :) i was having this problem as well but now it's fixed already

I wanna learn more about this htaccess so I can try to at least learn how it works...any resources anyone?
