In function center (snews.php),  you will find the following line:

case 'articles': admin_articles('article_view'); return; break;

You can change the name 'articles'  to something else like 'all_articles'. However, you will have change at least (there might be more) one link for the new location. Start looking for a link named 'articles' in  function administration and change that name as well.
