Ok, now Bob's entry looks exactly like it does in the old forum thread. I hope ;)

Ok so we post at the same time... Hehe, I edit it (copied and pasted from original post).

Hi dudes...
Tidy is complaining when landing on the Home page:
Quote
line 2 column 31 - Erreur: value of fixed attribute "xmlns" not equal to default
line 44 column 12 - Erreur: ID "right" already defined
line 40 column 15 - Info: ID "right" first defined here
line 50 column 6 - Erreur: end tag for element "div" which is not open
line 79 column 6 - Erreur: end tag for "div" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified
line 51 column 1 - Info: start tag was here
This should be fixed for not ruining your efforts. ;)

Mhm, tidy is sometimes off the walls. So better just keep it validated according to validator.W3org

Didn't I already cover the validation problems a page ago?

I wonders if there is going to be forum-wide fix for internal links at posts from previous version?

I don't think so. It appears we'll just have to find the "new" link locations as we go through our old topics... one by one... and patch them up. Having limited access (for the regular contributors) to the old Forums for a short while... to use as a reference... would be helpful though.

Ok, it just sometimes breaks reading because of some reference to yet another thread  :-\

P.S. As for going through own posts ... it's not an option, Keyrocks, as there is no such a thing as yet another piece of spare time out of the blue to waste on once done things.

1)  Ok, it just sometimes breaks reading because of some reference to yet another thread  :-\
2)  P.S. As for going through own posts ... it's not an option, Keyrocks, as there is no such a thing as yet another piece of spare time out of the blue to waste on once done things.
1)  I agree.
2)  I agree. For me, I will fix links as I come across them when it becomes obvious to me that the fix is simple and quick. I will not spend time hunting out bad links for the sake of correcting them in bulk.

Hi Dudes
just wondering why there's no Search available on the main site (not in the forum)?

Also  I do agree to both things.

@ Sven - Not knowing this. Luka is the man to ask. But perhaps due to the thought of layout of the page... It's sort of a step by step instruction, and it's mear logic would make the site not needed to search, as things one would search for is quite logic to find... And by doing this, one just might learn something along the way... But that's pure speculations ;)
