will snews work for this site?

http://libertycaseycounty.com/ needs to be changed to a cms based site with each of 4 groups being able to have a different heading across their pages. There will be multiple people adding/editing content. Is there a html editor built in to snews? Is there a way to limit what sections/pages certain people can edit? Do you think snews would work as a cms for this site?

for a taste of what is in snews... almost default, see http://www.solucija.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4636 and have an explore.. ;)

but... snews as default, is single user only. That said, one of the senior users is almost finished a multiuser version of the latest snews (ver1.6)
Out of the box, this is a no frills cms.

but...

As for having different headers, that will require the application of possibly a modification, which is no big thing.
If you like the feel of snews, and get to try out the multiuser version, the people here will most likely step in to assist you to adapt it to your requirements.
