I suspect not much is going on otherwise something would have been stated by now.

I wait sNews 2.0 from 2008, where in Internet time is like the stone age!

You are right about that Sibas. No one seems to have time to work on sNews 2.0.
For me, I am fine with sNews 1.7.1 and used it to make 'forks' for use with my own projects.
Some day I'll share them on here... whenever I get them 'cleaned up' and presentable... but not any time soon.  8)

Yeah, that time issue... I am having the same problem myself.

I am still SLOWLY working on improving the core framework I noted here.  It is coming along, but more OOP than I originally anticipated.

@nukpana

It would be nice if you setup an SVN or GIT repo and share your code "drafts" ...

It would be even nicer to have snews codebase moved to a public code hosting server (sourceforge.net, github.com, code.google.com, or whatever)

sigh!

I may when it becomes more of a stable base.  Thanks for the interest.

Well Key, as your sub/signature says; Do it now... later may not come.
 ;) Hope to see them

Hi there,

browsed to snews site form nostalgy to see that there is nothing new.
How is this project? Is there something in works still or even the oop approach failed?

To not just complain, is there something, we users/programmers can do?

Are the core developers open to open the code yet or to accept someone else's code?

Is there any feature for snews?
